The decision on registration start and end dates is subject to the approval of the Academy management.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Registration forms must be submitted for all applicants\/guardians. All required mandatory aspects in the form must be clearly specified and communicated to applicants for understanding and acknowledgment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cooperation and assistance to applicants during the admission and registration process is mandatory for all relevant accredited staff.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Once payment is received and the registration application is processed, the trainee is provided with a confirmation email or message.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The applicant\u2019s registration status should be changed to &#8220;unpaid&#8221; if the payment is not received seven days before the session start date. An email notification will be sent to the applicant upon removal of registration for non-payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If the applicant or trainee requires special arrangements or has special needs, the issue should be clearly indicated on the registration form and discussed with the Head of the Administration Department or the authorized Academy personnel handling the case.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Postponement Policy:<\/strong><\/p><p>The Academy reserves the right to postpone courses due to low registration rates. Trainees registered in a postponed course may transfer to another course or request a full refund.
